Although I was not home for this appointment, I was able to reach the office to hear what work was completed. However, I still need to get a written report regarding a leak from our unit leaking into the Unit 105, directly below our Unit 205. They're claiming that there is a problem due to a clogged condensation drain line. I'd like to receive a written "text"report regarding this issue.

I highly recommend Eduardo and JMS. GMS did the initial installation of my package units on the top of my home. Everyone who have interacted with has been very thorough from the owner of the company down.
