I highly recommend the technician that serviced my A/C&Heater unit today. Jeff was professional, on time and took his time to explain to me how to use my unit properly.

Jeff is still my technician and I am so happy to have him. He explains any question I have. He is pleasant and he tells me straight when or if there is an issue! Jeff is the reason I stay with JMS. Tyvm
JMS gave me an appt right away. We had Jeff. He's very knowledgeable and efficient. He made our ac worked in 3hrs.
Damian just left my apartment. I am so amazed at his kindness and professionalism that I couldn't wait to get online and put in my review. He showed up on time as was promised, he even called to say he's on his way. He changed the thermostat very quickly. I had not asked for filter replacement when I called in for service last week but it came up in the conversation and he said if he had any in the right size in his truck, he will replace it at no charge !! - he only had one so he replaced one and he even offered to bring back another one for the second vent and replace it later !!! I have recently moved to California so I am so excited to find a trustworthy friend in Damian that I saved JMS's phone number in my contacts on my phone for any future air-conditioning and heating service needed in the future. Thank you so much Damian.
