Professional technician, arrives on time and gets work done efficiently.
I had a service apt. today and as usual the work was exemplary. I have
specific challenges with my filters due to pet hair and the technician
always gets the system spotless and working like a charm.
Back in 2014 I had JMS install a new central a/c & heating unit & was very pleased with the equipment & the men that installed.
Later I had a problem w my thermostat- in addition to it not functioning the numbers were small & I literally couldn't read the temp. When the service guy came he told me about the Nest thermostat that has large numbers & I can control from my phone - and it's free from LADWP. A few days later it was installed & I love it!! Easy to work & free!
Later I signed up for the warranty & like them checking my system to keep it functioning at the best capacity. Very good company!
Great attention to detail
Highly recommend JMS for your heating and AC needs. They have been my service provider for years and have always been very efficient and professional. All the technicians are very helpful and go above and beyond to take care of anything that I need.
