Tech was great. Super friendly and helpful. Front office interaction was a little weird. Wanted me to pay in advance over the phone before anyone showed up.
Called them for a promotion they have, and had my AC system in my new place, working and tuned. very fast and very nice guys. price is reasonable
I purchased my HVAC from JMS. Installation was very professional . Price was competitive. I made my selection of JMS after obtaining 3 competitive bids. Their salesperson/inspector took one look at my old unit and explained immediately what was the problem that I had been having for many years with my old unit ( nobody else was able to do that ) . He also uncovered a broken vent in my old unit that if left unaddressed could have resulted in dangerous exhaust gases entering my home. The only problem I have had with JMS is their answering service, or intake process, which still has some rough spots. I have seen some evidence that they are working to improve that , as that obviously is a weak link in their ability to provide excellent service.
