JMS was professional and efficient. Technician arrived on time and very courteous. The technician and office employee explained the benefits of their Service Plans which are reasonable and not at all high pressure sales.

Tech did an excellent job testing AC and installing NEST thermometer. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure we were all set before he departed. Highly recommend.
