We recently had a new HVAC system installed in our home to replace our thirty year old system that had finally failed . JMS heating and air conditioning built out for us an entirely new system relocating it from a closet to the attic. JMS installed all new ducting, supply and return plenums and grills in all bedrooms and living area. The JMS crew covered all floors and furniture to protect from damage and dust. They were very courteous and professional at all times. They patched and painted all areas as needed and even restored the closet in which the old HVAC unit was removed from so it could be used. The JMS crew left our house immaculate when finished and our new A/C system works great. Nice and cool on 100 degree days. I would definitely recommend JMS for all your HVAC needs.

Although I was not home for this appointment, I was able to reach the office to hear what work was completed. However, I still need to get a written report regarding a leak from our unit leaking into the Unit 105, directly below our Unit 205. They're claiming that there is a problem due to a clogged condensation drain line. I'd like to receive a written "text"report regarding this issue.
