I must say the Customer Service was great,fast and friendly. The technician Yaniv that came out to my home to inspect my furnace was very polite and walked me thru his findings. I highly recommend JMS

Great customer service. JMS technician inspected both our AC and heating. He found out our heat wasn't working and traced the problem back to the thermostat. He was able to fix it while we were under the JMS membership program so there was no additional charge. Awesome service all around.
