Super knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The technician changed our filters, installed the Nest thermostat and setup the system so I can control everything from my phone!
They arrive on time, they call to confirm appointments, they call to let you know they are on the way. They follow up after the job is done.

I had my ductwork replaced as I had a new system put in with the original ductwork and it wasn't living up to its full potential.
With the new ducts and the new system it could be 110 outside and and only 72 inside whereas it was 90 before.

Technician was friendly and openly talked about the good and the bad of what he was finding, without aggressive up-sell. (unlike some others who always seem to find a $500 job that I MUST do immediately and "since I am here anyways I can knock off the $35 service call..") . I felt I could trust the guy and have filed their tel# for when I need a repair.
