I can't say enough about this company. We received 4 quotes to install a new heat/air unit and replace all duct work. JMS gave us the best price and handled all permits etc. The installers were fantastic. Great communication, such attention to detail and thorough in every way. We are so pleased and so happy that we had JMS do the work.
Taking advantage of the LADWP AC Optimization Program, I went looking through the list of the contractors that I could choose from. When in doubt or don't know who to use, use google reviews to help. This was the 5th one on the list and I am glad for the service. Melissa took my call and information and we agreed on a date to have the service completed. She was professional on the phone and answered all my questions. When the appointment arrived, the tech was was respectful of the property and cleaned up any dust or debris that fell when looking into the attic and crawl spaces. The inspection took less than an hour. Based off of this interaction, I would consider using them for a future HVAC repair or service.
JMS was exceptional. I did the DWP rebate program and Eduardo came to install my nest and check my system. He was fantastic at explaining things, thorough, and an overall nice guy! Great experience with JMS
