Unfortunately, we were not eligible for the DWP program because of the type of coolant in our A/C unit. The person who came from JMS was polite and professional. He was very apologetic when he realized we did not qualify. He called DWP to find a work around. But, they were not helpful at all. It was a big disappointment. But not the fault of JMS
